Since 1976, the New England Sacred Harp Convention has preserved the tradition of singing from "The Sacred Harp" in hollow-square formation. Rooted in 19th-century rural America, this music is raw, powerful, and participatory.
The convention rotates annually across New England states and welcomes singers of all levels, no auditions or experience needed.
